Who we are

This website is operated by HMH Inc., d/b/a Investor Maestro Academy (“we,” “us”). This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect through investormaestroacademy.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the application or free-checklist forms, your email app sends us what you typed: typically your name, email, phone number (optional), experience level, goals, and how you heard about us. We also keep emails you send us.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
• Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google’s privacy policy for how they handle it.

We don’t currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. If that changes (for example, if we add analytics or an email sign-up tool), we’ll update this page first.

How we use it

• To reply to you and review your application.
• To send the free checklist you asked for, and occasional emails about the membership. Every marketing email will have a way to unsubscribe.
• To run the membership if you join (for example, sending call links, materials and billing notices).
• To keep records we’re required to keep, and to protect our legal rights.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other businesses for their marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run the membership (such as email, video-call, community, payment and hosting providers), only as needed for that purpose, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep application, membership and billing information for as long as we need it to run the membership and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email, or by replying and asking.
• Ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site and program are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no website or email system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page will change when we do.
